I help people tune into their inner compass, creatively adapt, and manage themselves in a fast-changing world, as well as find energy for a fuller and happy life. I conduct sessions in Russian and in English.
“Awareness in itself is healing.” Fritz Perls (1893-1970), founder of Gestalt therapy
I believe that Life is a deep mystery and a miracle that we often take for granted as we go through the everyday busy routines of our own lives.
In my practice, I constantly observe that when we slow down and become more grounded with the help of gentle self-awareness, we can develop a better understanding of the reasons for our suffering and a greater ability to choose how we react to circumstances that we face in our lives.
Humanistic psychology, existential philosophy, film, theatre, literature, and spiritual practices have always been an important part of my life. My search has led me to the Gestalt approach because this method, created in 1951, comprises everything I value.
My entire life’s journey is a constant investigation of myself and the outside world, what Gestalt psychologists call contact boundaries.
I work with anxiety and problems with self-confidence

Nature is inherently whole and healing for the body, mind, and spirit, especially when we are dealing with problems. There is more and more research that shows that being in fresh air can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and many general practice doctors recommend regular walks to their patients.
"All truly great thoughts are conceived while walking." Friedrich Nietzsche
If you’ve tried traditional consultations and they weren’t your cup of tea, Walk and Talk could a great alternative.
Or if you are nervous, and most people for understandable reasons experience this during the first consultation, consider discussing your problems in fresh air.
I’ve always known that regular walks in fresh air surrounded by nature have played a part in supporting my own emotional well-being. It’s often difficult to find time for this living in a metropolis, and that’s why Walk and Talk is a wonderful opportunity to combine two activities that are good for you, and as the name indicates, we literally Walk and Talk.
If you prefer for your therapeutic journey to be accompanied by the beauty of nature, I also offer Walk and Talk sessions in Neskuchny Garden, Park Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo, Timiryazevsky forest, or any other Moscow park.

Group therapy
A group is a unique, supportive field where everyone can express their feelings and worries, be heard and supported.
The goals of group therapy can be:
Most participants, as a rule, come aware of their problems and unresolved issues. The experience of observation, awareness, and interaction with other participants helps them notice similar behavioral patterns, their own beliefs, and to change their attitudes toward someone or something in their own lives.
In a group process, contact is the experience of the sense of uniqueness and singularity of each member of the group, as well as their similarity.
A Gestalt group enables participants to give support to others and to receive support from others.
We are currently accepting applications to join our therapy group that will meet twice a month on Sundays 19.00−21.30. You can sign up by filling out the form labeled "Group Therapy" on the site.

Advantages
What makes me different from others?
I develop and apply the relational field model of Gestalt therapy, which is what emerges at the contact boundary between a therapist and a client. It is our attitude toward each other and it is a way to use your as well as my experience to increase your self-awareness and possibly investigate what was hidden from you or was inaccessible to you. I look at a person and his or her environment holistically because I don’t think anything happens in a vacuum. Additionally, I can suggest incorporating creative experiments into our sessions.
What is unique about the approach?
The goal of Gestalt counseling is to reveal, investigate, and experience the wholeness of the individual by integrating all the parts. This allows you to become who you already are to the fullest extent and to realize the potential of what you can become.
Under what circumstances can it help?
What benefits can be expected?
Gestalt is a very universal approach to counselling and can be adapted to most people and circumstances.
One of the benefits is increased awareness, which allows you to use your internal resources to make choices and to manage your life or a particular situation more effectively.

If we decide to continue, we will agree on dates and times of our meetings, and at that point those time slots will be yours. Regular sessions are important in therapy because they provide a reliable experience of the process’s structure.
The duration of short-term counseling can be up to eight sessions, while the duration of long-term counseling depends on the client’s needs.
The first step is to plan our first meeting. During the first session, we investigate what motivated you to arrange a consultation and what goals you want to reach.
The first session is an important opportunity for you to find out who I am, how our meetings can fit into your weekly routine, and how you feel in the counselling office.
If I think that someone with a different background or approach can better help you, I will try to refer you.
Relational psychotherapy comprises all reactions and communications, both conscious and unconscious, physical and emotional, which take place between a client and a therapist as two human beings involved in a therapeutic dialog.
This requires for the therapist to be engaged in the therapy as an active participant and not merely as a "body of knowledge."
